Kohana Japanese Restaurant is located at 120 Corporate Dr, Clarksville, TN. This isn’t a hibachi restaurant, but their food is consistently delicious. Its cleanly modern styled, not too big or too small and they stay pretty busy even during the work week. Try some sushi from their plentiful menu or try a soup or noodle dish. My favorite order is a fresh salad with ginger dressing, mango sushi rolls and a plate of Udon noodles with beef.
Best Downtown Bite With Friends
Black Horse Pub & Brewery is located at 132 Franklin St, Clarksville, TN. Known as “the Black Horse” by locals, this restaurant boasts a casual atmosphere with two floors of dining and a third floor event room. Enjoy a handcrafted beer, a gourmet pizza, a chicken wrap for lunch or a steak for dinner. My favorite is their lemon pepper chicken pita or a thin crust veggie pizza. Looking Glass Restaurant and Gourmet Bakery is located at 329 Warfield Blvd, Clarksville, TN. If you need a morning breakfast with a specialty coffee or smoothie, a light lunch, or a sweet treat, the Looking Glass is a perfect choice. Sit inside the cozy dining area or out on the patio to see the fish pond on a warm day. Chi-Town Hot Dogs is located at 1057 S Riverside Dr, Clarksville, TN. You might not see this carry-out restaurant from the road, but it’s not to be missed; it’s the small brown building to the right of Big Lots on Riverside Dr. It’s not a long menu, but everything sounds good!
